In short

This website describes our consulting services. It uses no contact form, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.

Hosting and server logs

The website runs on our own server in Michelstadt; internet connectivity is provided by Deutsche Telekom. No data is passed to an external hosting provider. When pages are requested, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period.

Cookies

We set no cookies for visitors. WordPress sets technically necessary login cookies only when logging in to the editing interface (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other third-party servers is made.

Email and phone

If you write to or call us, we use your details only to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
